Congratulations to Ann Dieckmann, Managing Director of Brighton based medical communications company Facilitate, who was the lucky winner of a Nintendo Wii after taking part in our customer satisfaction survey.
At Nido we like to practice what we preach so back in January we conducted a customer satisfaction survey to gain valuable feedback from our clients on the services we offer. We have learnt from experience that your customers can be instrumental to adapt and improve your service and therefore retention rate.
As part of the survey clients could win a Nintendo Wii if they gave us a testimonial, all the companies that took part were put into a hat and the winner drawn at random by Jacky Misson.
