5 A Side Football Tournament

The Nido Marketing & Cardens Cup 2007

Nido Marketing in partnership with Cardens Accountants will be hosting their, now legendary, Annual Charity 5-a-side Football Tournament on Thursday the 8th of November at the Porstslade Community Sports Centre.

As usual 12 teams from local businesses will be battling it out on the pitch to become the overall tournament winner and lift the crown of Champions of 2007! Last year local graphic design agency Door 22 emerged as worthy winners after an excellent performance throughout the competition.

The aim of the event (apart from having fun and showing off your footballing prowess) is to raise funds and awareness for two local charities; Honeycroft Under 5's Centre and the Rockinghorse Appeal. Last year we raised £720 and we want to smash this target this year so we need all the help we can get!

We will be holding a raffle on the night so if you would like to contribute a prize to this worthy cause it will be greatly received and in return your company will get a mention on the night. There is plenty of space for spectators to watch the action from the bar area so bring along your supporters to cheer you on!

Date: Thursday 8th November

Time: The first game will kick off at 18:30 and the tournament should finish at approximately 22:30

Entrance Fee: £75 per team
